How can I change the citation and bibliography styles in Word?

You can add and manage the citations and generate the bibliography in Microsoft Word using the ACS ChemWorx plug in.
 
      1.    To insert a citation, go to the ACS ChemWorx tab (on a PC) or click on the   icon on the menu bar and then ACS ChemWorx (on a MAC) and click on Insert Citation.
      2.    To insert a bibliography, go to the ACS ChemWorx menu and click on Insert Bibliography.


To change the Citation Style:
      1.    In Microsoft Word, go to the ACS ChemWorx tab (on a PC) or the icon (on a MAC) on the menu bar and click on Change Style  
      2.    Browse and select the style.
      3.    Click Apply.
      4.    If you cannot find the style you are looking for, you can add the style in the ACS ChemWorx Desktop app.  For more information on how to add or remove citation styles, go here.
