I get an error when launching the ACS ChemWorx application just after installing it.

The most common reason for receiving an error when launching the desktop app after an install is not having Adobe Air installed on your computer.

Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Air installed.  You do not need to re-install the ACS ChemWorx Desktop app after you install the Adobe Air software. You can find the Adobe Air software at: http://get.adobe.com/air/

If the error persists, contact the ACS Helpdesk at https://help.acs.org

Common error messages are:
“Sorry, an error has occurred. The application could not be installed because the installer file is damaged. Try obtaining a new installer file from the application author.”

“Invalid Username/Password.”
