The system may not be accepting your login information for one of the following reasons:
If you are still unable to login to ACS Paragon Plus, please contact Customer Services & Information.
- The system does not recognize the e-mail address you entered as belonging to an ACS Paragon Plus Environment account. If you have other e-mail addresses, you can try entering them in the Password Help field.
- Entering an outdated or incorrect User ID or Password. When you change your primary e-mail address your User ID does not change automatically
- Your Password is case-sensitive. Check your Caps Lock key to confirm it is not activated. If you can't remember the case of your Password, you can request that the system send you the Password by entering your e-mail address in the 'Forgot your User ID and/or Password?' section of the ACS Paragon Plus Login page.
- If you are cutting and pasting the information, it is easy to accidentally include extra characters such as spaces. Try typing the information.
