I am trying to access my proofs and am getting the error “Welcome to ACS Single Sign-On Internal error. Please contact help desk”. How can I access my proofs?

Please try the follow methods to access your proofs

 

1) Clear your browser’s cache and cookies (Temporary Internet Files) and re-visit the proof via the link that was supplied.

2) Use the proof link in a different browser from the one that was producing the error.

3) Some browsers have a "Private Mode" or "Incognito" which will allow you to access the proof using the proof link.
