I already paid to have my article published, but realized I didn’t enter the appropriate discounts. Can I have a refund?

Once an invoice is paid, we are unable to offer refunds.  Please apply for all applicable discounts before checking out.  This includes ACS membership discount, country discount, or any ACS Author Rewards you wish to redeem. If you are unsure if you qualify for any discounts or ACS Author Rewards, please contact Support Services at support@services.acs.org prior to checking out.
